GRANTS – The Deaf & Hard of Hearing Ministries Committee of The UMC offers grants and scholarships. Deaf-Disabled – For some Deaf and hard of hearing people with disabilities may experience barriers. Learning about one’s own disability, how to navigate with it / them, self-advocating, and being with others who are supportive are all helpful.
